The personal development, behaviour and welfare of our pupils is at the heart of the school curriculum and all its endeavours. At St Therese we are very proud of the high standards of behaviour of our pupils both in the classroom and beyond as well as their commitment to ensuring we live and work in a community that truly values and respects all its members.
All members of our school community know it is important to follow our five ‘Golden Rules’ which underpin our ethos and aims and ensure that we have a happy and safe place to learn, play and grow. We:

To further promote and embed the school mission ‘To Live in Love’ we have our own values based rewards system inspired by the teaching of our special saint St Therese of Lisieux. She taught us that it is in ‘little ways’ we can show great love and make a difference to the world we live in. We reward pupils when they share and promote our values of: love, kindness, patience, joy, generosity, peace, faithfulness and gratitude.
