OUR PARISH
We are truly blessed to have such a beautiful church and thriving parish right next door to our school. We enjoy and benefit from the very strong links with our parish and community and we often worship and celebrate together.
It is very clear to our children that the parish and the school are part of the same community and that our work together is of mutual benefit. The children and families see a natural connection between the school and the parish. Many of our families attend weekly mass and the liturgy for children is very popular. You will see many of our children at mass on a weekend with their families. We are made to feel very welcome.
Parish Masses take place every weekend on Saturday at 5.30 p.m. and on Sunday at 11:00 a.m.
Please take your child along to celebrate with the parish each weekend; you will be made most welcome.
Throughout the year of the church, pupils, staff and parishioners gather together and share special events together such as:
- Special feast day Mass
- May Procession
- Remembrance Sunday Mass
- Reconciliation services
- Holy Week Liturgies
- Stations of the Cross
Our Parish Priest is Canon Alan Sheridan, He is very involved in the life of the school and supports the school in many ways. He visits the school often and he is an active Governor of the school.
