We are proud to offer our families before and after-school wrap around provision. This club will be led by Mrs Merryweather.
Breakfast will run 7.30am to 8.30am and is £4 per session, breakfast included. Children will need to arrive at the club by 8am in order to have breakfast.
After School provision is from 2.45pm to 5.45pm and is £9 per session. The whole session must be paid for and pick up is anytime from 4.15pm until 5.45pm to suit your requirements.
A range of activities will be provided to suit your children’s interest. There will also be the opportunity to support with homework, but most importantly we will ensure the children have fun with their school family in a safe and controlled environment. A snack/light tea will be provided as part of the provision.
We currently run a range of after school clubs in school in an effort to enhance our extra-curricular enrichment opportunities. Those attending T Club can access the clubs as parts of the provision, providing they are the correct age and the club is open to them.
We operate a booking system for T Club via Parent Pay. For safeguarding and staffing purposes, it is important that sessions are booked a minimum of a week in advance. All sessions must be paid for at the time of booking. Failure to pay for the session in advance will result in the booking being cancelled. We will try to accommodate last minute bookings where possible, however due to the popularity of the clubs this is subject to availability.
Cancellations will be accepted providing a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is given.
All children must be collected by 5:45pm, if for any unforeseen circumstances Parents/Carers are going to be late, staff must be advised by contacting school on 07733879447. Please note this mobile number must be used for this purpose only.
If children are not collected by 5:45pm a “late collection” charge of £10 per half hour per child will be charged to cover the cost the staff who are legally required to stay. This will be charged via ParentPay.
If children have not been collected by 6:30 pm, after doing everything possible to contact parents and emergency contacts, then the staff will be required to contact the Police.
As previously mentioned we will try to be as flexible as possible where circumstances change however the safeguarding of the children in our care are our priority and therefore we ask for your support in adhering to these terms and conditions to ensure the smooth running of the breakfast and afterschool clubs.
If you have any questions about T Club please do not hesitate to contact the school office on 01642 763623 or via email [email protected] or speak to Mrs Merryweather, Breakfast and Afterschool Club Leader.
